The Bubble Bull Fight
At the 101 Wild West Rodeo, we are proud to showcase a variety of exciting and unique events that entertain audiences of all ages. One fan-favorite event is the Bubble Bull Fight, introduced in 2021 and quickly becoming a must-see attraction.

This modern twist on bull riding features contestants donning giant inflatable bubbles and attempting to stay upright for two minutes while a bull charges at them. It’s a test of physical and mental endurance, as participants struggle to maintain balance while being jostled inside the bubble. The Bubble Bull Fight is a high-energy event that keeps the crowd on their feet, adding a fresh, fun element to the rodeo experience.

Adding to the excitement, the Bubble Bull Fight is a fan-voted competition. After each performance, the audience votes on the contestant they believe performed best, increasing the anticipation and competitive spirit. We hand pick our stock contractor, announcer, barrel man, and specialty acts to round out the rodeo experience. We strive to keep the western heritage and cowboy way of life alive and well for many generations to come.
